Ben holds a Degree in Philosophy and Ethics as well as a Diploma in Business, giving him a strong grounding in business practices and human nature, drivers and motivators.
He has worked on site in commercial, residential and civil construction in Australia and New Zealand and understands from personal experience what it takes to be successful in this demanding environment.
Prior to establishing 360 Search Ben worked with two large multi-national recruitment companies where he specialised in providing recruitment services to clients in the construction and engineering sectors of industry. His success in these sectors has been built on truly understanding his client's needs and delivering honest, professional and consistent service.

NICK SMITH
Director / Consultant
Nick has a 6 year history of providing recruitment and search services to clients in the Construction, Engineering and Property Sectors throughout New Zealand, the South Pacific and the United Kingdom.
After 3 years in Training Nick entered recruitment joining a national market leader in the construction trades and labour recruitment sector and quickly progressed through to branch management level in Auckland.
For his next challenge Nick joined a management recruitment company where he saw the opportunity to provide management recruitment services to the commercial, infrastructure and residential property sectors. Nick is "time served" in the Construction and Property sectors and when you talk to him about these sectors what he has to say tends to have some great merit.
Nick has witnessed various business cycles in both the recruitment and construction sectors on and off shore. He knows what it takes to build your career in these sectors and importantly how to attract the right staff to your business.
Nick's repeat business rate with candidates and clients is quite extraordinary.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys diving, surfing, swimming and getting out an about and away from the office as much as possible!
