About the Managing Director - Ben Young
Ben is a “career recruiter”. He holds a Bachelors Degree in philosophy and ethics from the University of Auckland, a post-graduate Honours Degree in philosophy from the University of Canterbury and a Diploma in Management from the New Zealand Institute of Management .
Before founding 360 Search Ben established his professional career working for two large, publicly listed, multi-national recruitment companies where he specialised in providing technical and management recruitment consultancy services to clients in the construction, engineering and property sectors of industry. Prior to entering a career in recruitment Ben worked onsite in heavy civil, commercial and residential construction throughout Australasia.
